If that truly happens, then it would ABSOLUTELY be VERY LAUGHABLE because do you remember Germany? In what price-point did their government sell Bitcoin during 2024? I believe they sold about $2 BILLION in Bitcoin, and what did Bitcoin do a few months later? What will it do a few years later? It will SURGE. 
I thought everyone already discussed this before and that its not like Germany are hodlers. Bitcoin was part of cashflow, it would have been sold and used as budget at whatever pricepoint. This isn't like Microstrategy case where they are able to have 1 guy gambling on volatility (but even Saylor admitted they might have to liquidate some if price goes even lower). This is a state that, if the people need the money, they are using funds on hand.
