Purpose of the topic: for a simple clarity on what your thoughts are.
Key point: cash-out in gambling and stop lose/take profit in trading
Gambling and trading have some similarities but are never completely the same. Where the purpose of gambling and trading is completely different. There is some similarity in the point you have raised that in gambling a person gets a chance to cash out, on the other hand, there is the same chance from trading. But a big difference here is that in gambling you will either win or lose during the betting period but in trading it continues as long as you want it.

There is no such risk in trading as much as you take in gambling. In trading, if the price is down, there may be a loss. But it can be reversed and after a few days it can come back to profit. But in betting, this cannot be thought.

Gambling is easier than trading on a scale. Although the risk here is higher. A gambler is able to gamble with little knowledge but in trading he has to gain knowledge over a long period of time. That's why I will repeat the same thing again that gambling and  trading certainly have some similarities, but there are also many differences.
