Flick's cool hand is no longer in doubt for now because seeing what he did with Barcelona's difficult situation, it is very clear that for now Flick is really able to provide new hope for Barcelona.
Currently, they are still running 3 competitions where La Liga will soon enter the final phase, Copa del Rey for the El Clasico final and 1 step has ensured themselves to qualify for the Champions League semi-finals.
Clearly this is a good result, if only they continue to be consistent like now, it is possible that Flick in his first season can bring more than 1 trophy but the season is still ongoing so even though that possibility exists, Flick must be able to maintain his mentality and performance, especially now that the season is entering a crucial phase and the middle of the season must be a lesson for them so that things like that don't happen again.
Honestly, even if Hansi Flick succeeds in winning just a trophy for Barcelona this season, he should be awarded because this is a coach that met Barcelona at a very bad state and at the verge of collapse resulting from bad financial system and lack of many quality players in the squad, but Hansi Flick was able to manage the available players and built them to a quality standard that they are still involved in chasing after the 3 most important trophies which are the La Liga, the Copa Del Ray and the Champions League and looking at how Flick have been able to structure the team, they are likely to go home with at least 2 out of the three trophies they have at hand. When a coach has the interest of his team at heart, he makes sure he develops the team with the little resources being given to him and that is exactly what Flick has been able to achieve for Barcelona.
