Depending on what you take Telegram for, some people still make use of Telegram all day it doesn't demand on seasons. Telegram looks different from other social media, where you can publicly interact with people plus scammers are now in multitude, moment you interact in any group, you get bunch of messages referring to scam profiles and sites.  Projects are now moving out from Telegram as the best way of promotion, they only remain because it has group functions, more easy and convenient to interact publicly, some of us in the forum already have limited time using Telegram, it's no more necessary where there has been several available options.
To me, Telegram hasn't been very plain in their modus operandi and that's one why I keep it closed or offline many times.
I still think however that it has a potential of being better if managed by someone with a better vision than money, because with the scam projects and just about any Tom, Dick or Harry posting ads and using it as a launch pad for their projects, it looks to me that the current management of Telegram may be more than willing to release the platform to a worthy owner with a better vision for it.
I absolutely agree with you, in as much as i like using telegram the fact that it needs to improve in terms of operating system should not be ignored. Hopefully, there’s a huge change to it in the future.
