Yes he is not using the correct scam report format and this is the only thing you can blame him of but why are you supposing that he "is just playing the victim here" justifying the actions of the sportsbook/casino.
The thing is he was opening multiple scam accusations with no proper documentation even when guided by members. How are we supposed to just blindly believe him?There is some level of transparency that is required, otherwise people will just start ignoring the accusations. Maybe that's what you prefer
