I was still dead to the world when you posted and I didn't look at posts beyond this one but immediately began searching (once I made my coffee obviously) after seeing this image.  Somehow I had convinced myself that the Dude was at Marina Bay Sands hotel in Singapore.  I had watched a documentary on the operation of that hotel and it is one massive undertaking.  The hotel itself is so impressive and beautiful... like an oasis in the midst of mayhem.  Anyway, once I had that place in my head, I was searching for room views from the Marina Bay Sands but nothing looked familiar to the image El duderino_ had posted but then this image came up from a Russian search engine -



and when I went to the web page which was in Russian language (and that's Greek to me) there were 8 other pictures associated with it.  One in particular, reminded me of a previous where in the world is Carmen El duderino_ game:



The image with the asterisk is the enlarged image above but the one with the question mark was the Cathedral the dude was at in a previous game.  So I knew I was so wrong about Singapore but somehow I had lucked onto the current spot.   It was too late, someone had already solved it but I just wanted to warn El duderino that there may be a Russian stalker/spy named Ekaterina nearby... maybe even sitting beside him at the King Power Mahanakhon SkyWalk.
