For me choosing a mentor Base on performance doesn't mean so much to me cause i might see it as camouflage and a way some just want to gain fame when they ain't up to the task. And clearly enough one should be wise in choosing a mentor cause you might fall into wrong hands of someone who's just bent on eating your money with any  show working or tutoring. And one medium in knowing a good mentor is through testimonies from different sources .
