Milan must aim to finish at least fourth in the standings to avoid making this season a failure. Finishing seventh, sixth or fifth would change little. Last night they gave a show of strength not seen in a long time, let's just hope it's not just a flash in the pan. I also want to remind you that Milan reaching the final of the Italian cup and winning the cup would qualify for the next Europa League even if they finish the championship in ninth position
Finishing 9th seems to be the case at the moment, I am pretty sure they could still move, upwards too or maybe even downwards but yeah they can finish 8th or whatever, but no matter where they finish, there is no scenario where this season isn't a failure to them, they are doing terrible at the moment and they are not going to get any better results.
We have seen them face so many issues and because of this we are not going to end up with any better results for them neither. We need to realize sometimes it's tough to reach this point and because of that there is no logic in making this work or stick .Milan is doing bad, and they just need to accept that this season is done and they should focus on the next season.
