Aging and death are two things that still remain inevitable to humans. Everyone must grow old and everyone must die.
So what you should do is to plan for the future get prepared for what  awaits you ahead. At some point the holy bible instructed that no matter what you do or whatever you are doing do it to the fullest because the end counts, nobody can escape these two things so I don't see any reason for anybody to be afraid of it rather pray for a good legacy.
