Gamblers who are gambling responsibly and not intentionally gambling for money making can still make money in the process, a life changing amount in some few cases.
That's true, but what's the percentage of people who win some life changing amount as to the people who lose their lives, properties, time, money to the game? It's not even close.
People who are on the side of criticism, and using their money for other purposes, still fun but no potential of them to make money from it could be said to be the ones making the financial mistake. What do you think?
I think you're wrong on this one. There's nothing to lose in living a life of abstinence -- especially from things that will only wreck you if you're not disciplined.
Gambling away your funds isn't bad, but if this is something you're not doing already, don't start. You see, starting anything that'd take away your happiness (if it's done in the wrong way) is quite easy, but putting a stop to it often becomes almost impossible.
