Liverpool only need 3 more wins to secure the EPL title, the number of points collected by Liverpool is certain to be impossible for Arsenal to catch up with even if they manage to collect all the remaining points. Now Liverpool chances are getting bigger because they have the opportunity to widen the gap with Arsenal to 13 points if they can win over West Ham.
There is no hope for Arsenal in the EPL, they have to focus more on the second leg of UCL, they only need a draw to qualify for the semifinals.
