learning can come from two different ways, so I believe that we have to understand that your mistake can be a lesson to you if you're someone who follow due process to learn, actually in a business you will correct your mistake through your observations, so for you to know the right thing to do, you most pay attention and observe what makes you to experience the negative impact of it, for you to invest on Bitcoin you most learn procedures first, before investing so that mistakes will occur.
I think the procedure you are talking about should be the basics, if it is your right but if it goes beyond the basic, then it isn't what it should be, am not arguing about learning as part of the process of a beginners guide in the Bitcoin investment but I don't think is necessary to go hyper as a newbie, there are things newbies must certainly learn not from the preliminary stage but once involve fully in the investment.
No doubt mistake turns to be lesson for individuals just as you said but it can also be a bad experience that you wouldn't want to remember again, in as much as I believe in learning, I prefer to go that lane of not learning from my mistakes because it hurts to learn from ugly incidence and again I wouldn't want to be a case study for people to learn in regards to negative things unless it involves positivity.
