I don't follow Ligue 1 very much, but I was surprised by the difference of 22 points with 6 games remaining. This means that PSG has been confirmed to have 1 trophy. Other conditions in the UCL they are indeed able to focus, but some UCL matches PSG seem to have an opponent who I think is not strong enough. So I think they are lucky enough to be able to get to this phase. I also feel confident that they will be able to reach the semifinals. This is because their opponent is only Aston Villa. Currently in the EPL Aston Villa are in 7th place, even next season it seems that they will not qualify again for the UCL except for the UCL champions.
It's not so interesting to follow Ligue 1 because the competition is not so competitive, but I often watch some games. There is no chance for the challengers in second or third place to catch up on the points difference from PSG so it is certain that they will come out as champion candidates again this season. This momentum can be used very well by PSG so they can focus more on preparing themselves to face the competition in the Champions League.
I don't think it's entirely down to luck because I saw PSG much better than last season and even mentally they were much more prepared than Liverpool because they managed to beat them on penalties and actually it wasn't easy at all because it takes a strong mentality.
