Yes, you are right. Gambling is completely dependent on luck. But we must know when to stop and when to start gambling again.

We usually cannot control our emotions while gambling. Because we are always looking at the lever. If we cannot get out of the dream state, we will never be able to win at gambling.

So, even if it is difficult for us, we have to take a break sometimes to win at gambling.

Taking breaks only works for some people, and remember, only those who are generally not very irresponsible gamblers are the ones who can successfully get away from gambling if they know it's not going in their favor, but those who are irresponsible gamblers, wouldn't be able to do that, they would think that this bet or the next one will be the one that will change their luck and they will win and recover everything at once, and this mindset makes them lose more because you can't challenge the house.

It's not wise to think that if you stay dedicated, you are going to become successful in gambling because the results are not dependent on you or whether you give up or not, not giving up on gambling is something that can be a very negative thing for you because if you keep gambling with the thought process that you are going to win if you don't stop, you will keep losing because your luck doesn't get changed if you keep pushing it.
