gambling is often seen as a harmful habit. my question to you is, in a completely free society, should someone be prevented from providing gambling services for the good of society?
I don't see gambling like that, in fact they shouldn't prevent or prohibit gambling under any pretext, the casino is a business for its owners, for the players it's fun and having a good time, furthermore the game is focused on adults and that alone justifies the fact that it shouldn't be prohibited and I don't see how it affects society either, addiction is caused by the player's fault and their mistakes not by the fault of a casino as such.
