Usually If things are bad you keep your focus on bad because you are use to it and you might be surrounding yourself with bad not good things.
The good news are both the good and bad have huge impact over people the news media tv info and content and the things you focus on.
So If you want to change better not just health feeling and surrounding and wealth even you need to FORCE yourself to keep focus on good and positive things and good vibes and good people and nice surroundings focused.
Sometimes you been in bad or negative vibes too long then only way is to FORCE yourself get up go find good people just have some good conversation few minutes, then exercise work out run and then go read something smart even if it's boring just read and listen some smart people even on youtube and If you want to improve your life find the people who got better life and watch what they talk about and what their activities are....off course its not easy to start watching their content and learn becouse you not like them you are far away from them maybe with your conditions and situation BUT YOU NEED TO FORCE yourself few hours in your free time, think about this as medicine medication kind of thing so yes you don't see maybe instant results but you must keep going because even with GYM training you don't see results fast but If you keep doing you will see changes and you have FORCE YOURSELF to be not around negative people maybe sometimes you been around some toxic people too much so you have to FORCE yourself it's not easy but you need to think about it the way If you want to change things it's not easy and your own brain want to keep you in things what easy well known for you allready but you need to FORCE with your biggest will power and then you brake trough and congrats here you go "now you just took the control of your own MATRIX"
