If you experienced that way then it's a better way to end up your session as you there's always a good and bad result and it's just the gambler itself you needs to appreciate if they experienced the win, it lessen the stress if you know of to appreciate and also if you know how divert your attention if you lose your pick.

It's more on taking the responsibility and not to dwell to any regret if your failed to select the correct pick to win your bet.

I just think that any loss in gambling is tied to stress, no matter how skillfully you manage it. I’m not talking about small losses that happen all the time, but rather a systematic streak of failures, when bet after bet is lost and there seems to be no end to it. In such a situation, even if you don’t particularly care about the money, you’ll still feel nervous — because no one likes to lose, and it always brings stress and frustration.
