You should know that those folks who always like procrastinating are those set of people who are very lazy in whatever thing they're doing, even when they're aware of the good potential of bitcoin in the future yet they won't even think of joining other people in the accumulating process. Instead they will keep procrastinating, i knew from the onset that most of this no coiners who have been expecting some correction in the price of bitcoin before they will think of investing, is obvious that most of them don't even have the determination to invest in bitcoin. You can actually buy with a certain amount which you know you can easily afford, and this will make one not to pay attention to the price or being bothered. However,  Most of the no coiners that have the interest to  invest in bitcoin was buying bitcoin even when the price was around $100k and they're still making the accumulation even till this time that the price have dip, now that bitcoin is still undergoing some correction in the price I think those no coiners will want to make use of this opportunity to make thier accumulating process more  faster which is by investing aggressively, I believe the price is more cheaper than it was before more especially for those that have been waiting for a dip for quite some time now I hope they're making use of this opportunity, and stop procrastinating. because procrastination is a time killer and as well it can make one to lose a life changing opportunity.
