This is a common issue when placing bets on live events and am pretty sure almost every sports bettor has experienced it at least once. But if all your bets are getting rejected, it could suggest either a connection issue or that you’re taking too long between selecting the bet and submitting it.
If the problem persists then you should contact customer support as salad daging suggested.
Don’t know about BetHog but Bitcoin_Arena is roght, most casinos will show you the updated odds and ask you if you accept them instead of rejecting your bet.
