Well... I just stopped by to say that it's April 2025 and, after all, Monero (XMR) is not a scam!

The future will certainly belong to Bitcoin and Monero.Yes, you're right about that. Turns out Monero is the superior privacy coin, bar none. I shit on it pretty hard when it first launched as its fanbase was some of the most annoying people in this space back then. Times have certainly changed, and my respect for XMR has increased greatly, while my respect for Dash has plummeted. There is a place in the crypto ecosystem for XMR, and there always will be, until its fungibility is finally broken.
On the current state of Dash though, I believe the team behind Dash and people with voting power through their system of master nodes could have acted in a more intelligent way in order for them not to lose relevance in the way they have to this day. Dash started as a very promising project, I still remember when it was a top 20 cryptocurrency by its marketcap, but those times are gone, I am not even sure they are in the top 100 anymore.
With their system of governance I would have expected them to find some ways not to lose so much value in detriment of their investors and those running master nodes, but I guess quantity does not equal quality.
