This is your home and a safe space. Maybe not everyone, but some of us here are still learning about the platform as well. They say the best way to learn is on the job, and I believe that’s true here too.

So, criticism aside, I think staying consistent on the platform will give you an edge and help you gain exposure to how things really work around here.

As for me, I’m still figuring out how the merit system works. If anyone can point me to some solid threads or guides on how to go about it, I’d really appreciate it.
