An employee is not a robot that will always work, he needs some rest. But there are many company owners who are only interested in making their company profitable but they never think about the employees. If the employees are given a day off on holidays after doing good work all year round, then their mind is very good and they are interested in working in that company. And if the employees are forced to work even on holidays without giving them a day off, then they get bored and think about quitting the company. And if they quit their job like this, the company may eventually become unusable.
