And at this point, it doesn't matter whether this is your first or second or 100th account in betpanda, you admitted slipped that you're arbing and value betting, for a long time. As an old-time bettor, you should have a knowledge that it is frowned upon by many casinos. And this is not the first time you faced the issue. You already had similar situation and being warned, thus you take extra step of precaution by having different email and IP and wallet and others, to mask your ID from the possible flags used by casinos/provider to detect accounts.
