Trump's ambitions are very similar to just about every single USA president, certainly of the past 50 years. The only difference is the legacy media repeatedly tells you that Trump is a control freak over and over.

I'm more worried about everyone but Trump than I am about Trump. Where were you to bring this up about Biden? Obama? You're post lacks awareness of the world around us when it solely focuses on one person in power while ignoring all the others.

The government is just chock full of people with weak philosophy but much desire for control and power. As far as I'm concerned political left and right are two brands of unjustified power and control over others. The left considers them self owner of all other people's money, whereby other people "get to keep the hive mind's money only by their good grace". The right considers them self divine controller of all other people's social behaviors such as drug usage, whereby they either conform to their social standards or must be arbitrarily punished.

There is one type of person who is least likely to need a lot of unjustified power and control over others... a pacifist. When you put a pacifist in the USA presidency seat I'll not be worried about excessive power and control.

I'm more concerned about what you'll say when the next left wing politician gets the USA presidency. Will you complain about their human rights violations of excessive power and control like the ones that did happen under Biden, or will you let that slide? Do you believe in basic human property rights like the right to decide what income you keep and what of that money goes to the government? If so congratulations of being a rare gem in the rough who acknowledges invalid control and excessive power.

And of course the USA national debt is at a level where the president has the last thread of power and control in the first place before a collapse, so there is a check coming against that power.
