I have a Ledger Nano S that is having problems on the screen... because when plugged into the cable it only shows a few dots on the screen, maybe the screen is problematic.
When I want to know what the pin is what makes it difficult is to open the Ledger Nano S, even having seen the disassembly tutorial on youtube it still fails.

I don't know if you've already solved your problem
This Youtube video is good because it shows opening the Nano S with a blade, which is easy to find and cheap:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=388OaC_mClcIt's the thinnest object available for opening the Ledger Nano S
A stylus (stiletto) also works well
The secret is getting it unlocked to open it, and the thinner the better
After opening, you can try wiping it with isopropyl alcohol and lightly massaging the display, sometimes it works again, but it is still advisable to have a backup screen as the solution may be temporary
If you still can't open it, post a picture of where you're trying to open it, or a video so we can help you better
