If one is not consistent in gambling it is possible not to win or maybe to win only few games and sometimes when the number of loses is so huge it's just as if one has never win any game in gambling.

Whether we are consistent or not in gambling, there is no way we can say an absolute thing about winning or lossing.  In each of our session regardless of consistency we may possibly win or we may not.  Gambling results are random, the only part we have control over is our emotions, the amount we want to bet, the decision about stopping

But if it is a gambler that consistently plays gambling I don't think it is possible not to win gambling, it is possible that loses is more but there are wins that one would be able to remember.  Winning gambling is based on luck but experience also plays a role in the outcome of every game, and consistency in gambling can only give one a better experience to understand how gambling works .

The randomness of the gambling result assures us that there will be times that we will win and times that we will lose depending on how we decide to end our session.  If we are ahead, stopping the session will make us win in gambling on that session while continuing and losing our bankroll means we lost in that session.  Though gambling is majorly based in luck, we had the say whether we will stop when we are lucky and bag the winnings or continue to gamble and lose all our bankroll.

Have you gambled to the point that you gambled and no money left in your bank and on your wallet?

No, I always allocate money that I can afford to lose. I use the part of the money left after allocating funds for expenditures.

As a gambler, this is one of the things about gambling that you should keep in mind. Do not chase losses because while chasing losses, you are in a very dangerous moment.

This is a proven fact.  Many gamblers had lost way more than they could afford to lose because of chasing losses.  There are also stories online about how people ruin their finances due to wanting to recover their losses but end up losing more.
