Now tell me, if Bybit seized unproven funds worth $1b in their global branch today, where are they remitting it? If not stealing it.
This is a very good question. Lazarus will return (or has already returned) all the stolen amount to the network again, and there is a great possibility that in one way or another, the "row marked" coins will come into the possession of ordinary users, who later have a problem proving that they are not connected to the hacker group.
I understand that they are angry at Bybit, but innocent people should not pay for their mistakes.

Oh, yes, you got the gist better, aside from the harassment and a deliberate plan they might have to steal their customer's funds through vices like this.

Let's look at it this way: thieves came to rob a bank and successfully took the money away. Perhaps due to one measure or another, the banks started seeing the money in the hands of other customers paying into the bank. Are those customers liable again, especially when the same money can be traced to thousands of customers in just a week?

Money spreads every day, and that same money stolen may be seen in other states that are more than 500 km from the scene of the robbery. So, of course, innocent people will be harrassed just because it's Bybit.
