If you are playing slots an alarm clock is your best friend.
Set for 1 hour and stop when the hour is over.
True, unless you forget about the clock or intentionally ignore it.
I haven't checked if Betfuy has time and loss limits. If they do, that's one way to stop yourself from gambling more than you want to. Put a loss limit at $100 for instance. As soon as you reach it, you see a notification informing you that you can't/shouldn't play anymore. The same process can be applied to time limits. Put it at 1 hour and when the time is up, you'll have to stop playing.
You might really ignore it if you are in climax since their are times that we decide to continue and ignore those limits we set since we enjoy the game to much. Although this is really bad decision to do but sometimes I call it as cheat days especially when I play on weekends especially if there's nothing else to do and bored at my room.
Also as far as I know they have that loss limit feature although I'm not sure since I usually gamble manually and don't set anything as I gamble the amount which I can always afford to lose. Maybe they should explore this and see for their selves to know if they can set something that can remind them that they need to stop when their limit has been hit.
