If you are stating you are a genuine newbie that has no other accounts, I would have to disagree. It is possible you have no motive, interest or time to be a puppeteer however since you are using this account puts doubt on that claim. Will you reveal any of the other names you use in the forum?
I may become a puppeteer in the future, who knows (I have no motive, interest, ...and/or time in doing so tbh) 
Not to play devil's advocate here, but it could also be a user who knows someone in the forum personally. Another user for example. I am saying this because the user is very active in this campaign as well: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5535260.0, which could also be because someone told them about it and they registered to participate.
The determination is outstanding. It took me 6 months to realise there are boards other than bitcoin in this forum.
And, to be honest, I am still hesitant when posting in Meta, Reputation and Services boards.
