Just posting here to support OP and because I genuinely hate the idiots replying here defending the casino.
If anyone here actually took 5 minutes to go read through Betpanda.io's terms & conditions + sports betting rules (which I just did).
There is ABSOLUTELY NO MENTION of arb betting or valuebetting in their terms or sportsbetting rules.
The absolute closest thing I could find is this:
"In the interests of fair play, it is not permitted to utilise or deploy any novel or recognised betting techniques while using our services which are designed to circumvent the standard house edge in our casino games nor the sportsbook. Should we detect that You have engaged in any activity of this nature, we may immediately suspend, terminate or restrict access to Your Account and/or retain any funds on the account."
But this is an insane stretch and isn't under their sportsbook rules just their general terms of conditions.

This is the downside of having two simultaneous discussion at the same time [although in OP's case, we can't help it as he have two simultaneous cases] the point you tried to raise above is already discussed in OP's
other thread. The "novel or recognized betting techniques" is the blanket terms for abusive technique, where OP's preferred techniques were in it; arbing and value betting.
Not specific? Yes. But a stretch? No. A prolific gambler will very much likely know about this. It's kinda a common knowledge. And OP has been around the gambling world for at least six years.
Why?
Kinda beating the dead horse, IMO, given OP slipped and admitted that he's a prolific abuser [long-time arb-er/value bettor, accessing through several emails and IPs and wallet to avoid detection]. But if that's what needed to amicably mark this case as resolved, then I guess we wait.
When did he ever say that he was accessing through several emails, ips and wallets? Am I missing something in this thread.
Aside from the one he repeated above to answer your question? Here, in
#13 and
#15.
