Of course, in gambling I often blame myself for the carelessness I make, either because I make decisions too hastily, or because I am too confident after winning before. The losses that come after are often a hard slap that makes me reflect, regret, and say to myself, "I will not repeat it again."

But in reality, in the world of gambling, it feels very difficult to completely avoid carelessness. There are moments when emotions take over logic, and I unknowingly repeat the same mistakes. It's like a cycle that keeps repeating itself, and that's where I sometimes feel very hard on myself. But from all that, I learned one thing: if you can't control your emotions and desires, then gambling will only bring losses, not profits.

It's okay, because at least you have realized the mistakes you have made, and this is quite important as a first step for you to become a more responsible gambler. And it is important to understand that many out there are trapped in a cycle of repeating the same mistakes over and over again without realizing it, instead of admitting and correcting them, they are busy blaming others or even blaming the site where they gamble, and even worse they often seek justification for the mistakes they make.

The self-awareness that you currently have is a strong provision for controlling emotions and making wiser decisions in the future. Continue to evaluate yourself, and don't stop learning from experience, whether you win or lose.
