The support has done their part; you also had a scam accusation. If you have a good case, the community will have no issue in supporting you. Obviously, you are not reading 1Win terms of service. If your allegation is true that the support let you use VPN you should have pointed out the terms of the service and contested it with the support.
In my opinion, what's on the terms is final, and the support could make an error. Every gambler should know the TOS of the casino they are playing in. This is my advice on every casino that you are going to play in the future.
