Hacks have always taken place. If there is crypto stored somewhere then someone will always try to steal it. Just because the crypto has been stolen does not mean other vital data was left untouched. Many criminals trade KYC data therefore they must have stolen it from somewhere and if we have learned something from history, it is that more hacks will occur.

If you give your data to someone, the question is WHEN this data will be leaked, not IF.
Every database on the internet has flaws, and sooner or later everything will be published.
Every Italian whose tax revenues were put online a few years back, knows it.
