They say they have the right to close any account without any reason and confiscate its funds.
Online casinos have their terms in ToS that allow them to terminate user accounts if they found something broke their ToS. They never close user accounts without any reason, because it damages their business reputation.

Roobet is a big casino with very good reputation, and many years of operation, they won't terminate your account without reason.

No problem, they closed my account! i don't need it
But they also confiscated my commission money, and I believe it belongs to me!
I have over 1,500 invitees and over $10,000 in my affiliate account.
If this is the case, as you have described, and you are definitely and not intentionally not telling us some details about your game in this casino, important for understanding why your account was blocked, then of course such an amount is clearly a subject for legal proceedings.

But, as I think, many of the players do not dare to sue the casino, since they understand perfectly well what arguments the casino's legal service will present to the judge and how weak and contradictory the position of the plaintiff will be, that is, the one offended by the unfair actions of the player. And as a rule, the player himself knows perfectly well the reasons for the blocking, since the casino always has grounds to apply the specified ToS rules in the event of detection of clearly intentional and suspicious actions of the player. So maybe one out of a hundred offended players, in my opinion, really reaches the trial and it is not a fact that the court decides in favor of the player.
