Glad to hear that from you. Because as a newbie that really wants to learn and grow fast in this Bitcointalk forum most accept any criticizing that may comes out along the line. Though what most newbies are surfering today is lack understanding, whenever they are being criticize by the high rank Member they wouldn't take corrections, they'll be feeling that they knows everything, that is actually the problem most of them are having in this forum. However, I advise you settle down and go through the rules and regulations that is govern the forum because doing that would going to help you explore the forum, and remember to ask questions on anything you are not familiar with.
No one gets criticized for doing the right thing, just that as someone new to a forum with rules guiding the existence of everyone here, all of us have to play according to it, when others see you breaking the rules, what they do is confronting you to take correction, only that people ways of approach may look very distasteful for you as a newbie. You can start your learning from local board, just to feel safe and get along before you can gradually involve in other sub forums, just an option so you don't worry about criticism from anyone.
Normally there is something that would actually lead someone into criticize, but the truth is that most people normally get annoyed when they are being criticize by not doing the right thing. However, as a newbie that really wants to learn and grow fast in this forum most definitely accept criticizing. Though without that one would just end up not noing anything at the end of day, just like as you mentioned it's essential for newbies to understand that charity begins at home, so first of all you most start your journey in your Local Board to enable you gather some knowledge first before thinking of venturing into other Boards.
