I believe one of the enemies of progress that is personal which I think has held many people backward is "inferiority complex." Inferiority complex is so bad that you will hold you back for many years thinking your opinion doesn't matter and nobody will appreciate what is coming out from you. You keep yourself in a state that you ain't willing to try out that idea you have in your mind, you don't want to apply for that job, because you are scared that people won't accept you because you think you competitors are better than you. You are scared that they will look down on you, so instead of taking action, you rather stay where you are and let that beautiful idea of yours die inside of you. Anyone who has this inferiority complex will find it difficult to progress in life. Until such person learn how to come out from it.
