If they want to move up to second place, they can most likely still catch up as long as Juventus can maintain their consistency in winning, because if you look at the points difference with Atalanta it is only around 2 points, but if they want to move up to second place and displace Napoli, it feels like with just a few more matches, it is very impossible. Moreover, the points difference between Juventus and Napoli is 9 points, a fairly wide gap.

And regarding the match between Juventus and Parma, Parma has been quite surprising lately because they have not been defeated in the last 5 matches, but on the other hand they have also failed to win, where in those 5 matches Parma got 5 consecutive draws. and they got those results both when facing strong teams like Inter Milan, and weak teams like Monza.
Looking at the results obtained by Parma recently, at least Juventus will get a draw. However, if Juventus manages to overcome the pressure given by the host, it is quite possible for Juventus to be able to bring home 3 points from Ennio Tardini.
There is nearly no possible way for Juventus to be second this season. They are at 59 points and Napoli is at 68 points, that means 9 points difference both teams and there are only six games left. That means, Napoli needs to lose 9 points, as in 3 games of the last six games, does that make sense to you?

I have absolutely no trust in Napoli losing half of the games, that would be way too much and unrealistic expectation. Juventus is good at fourth place, they "may" reach third if they are lucky, which is also incredibly difficult because gap to Atalanta is also 2 points but that could happen within one loss of Atalanta, but second place is not going to happen, that is way too much to expect from Juventus at this moment.
