The system reshuffles to make a fair markeplace for everyone, you can't decide to trade with a particular merchant, except you're engaging in offline or WhatsApp trade.
I thought in the case I have described, you can search for the merchant ads on the P2p platform within systems and go ahead to trade with them. Is this another way it can be done once you have traded with them before.
