Newcastle managed to climb to third place in the standings and acquired Nottingham Forest place. A big win over Crystal Palace, is a signal for other teams to be wary when facing them. It seems that Newcastle will manage to finish in third place this season, and if Arsenal still loses a lot of points due to too many draws, it is possible that Newcastle will manage to rise to the runnerup position in the future.
