Arteta thought it all out very well, they played great in defense and used all their attacking opportunities perfectly, I didn't expect Arsenal to beat Real away, but Real's defensive problems are now clearly evident and in the return match they should have been more involved in attacking, so there were gaps in defense, more space for Arsenal's attacking players. Mbappe thought that with Real he had a better chance of winning the Champions League, but Real is already out, and PSG is in the semi-finals.)
Sometimes I use to have a thought in my mind which is why can't arsenal perform in the English premier League just as they did in the UEFA champions League recently, arsenal was very mean, the zeal to get a good result from Realmadrid was there staring from the first leg to this second leg, it was as if they advised themselves, though arteta is to be given kudos but there is more to arsenal performance, I think team work played a major role in that match, everything was just working accordingly.
Arsenal has not been all that bad after all, even in the Premier League. there problem is that once they get stretched in the long run, they start being too inconsistent with their result, thereby dropping points that should naturally help them stand at an advantage in terms of getting close to the top of the table. for this instance, even though they are a big team, they have been underrated and made to look like a team that can not amount to anything in the Champions League. the only thing they had to do was to silence all critics by being over intentional about this match, and we have to give it all to them because it paid off really good.
For Real Madrid, it is safe to say that times have changed, and with what we have, we are in an era where past glory can't make you a champion. Real Madrid has enjoyed the dividend of past glory, which has kept them relevant but at this point after they have been humiliated by literally all the serious teams this season, they need to go back to the drawing board and see that they improve and work on becoming a better version of the club or else, things might get more messier. congratulation to Arsenal!
