I don't think there are that many. Especially not with deep liquidity pools. This isn't the place to advertise other exchanges because it's eXch's ANN thread so I won't mention any names. However, one no-KYC exchange has been mentioned here many times. It's decentralized and used mainly for bitcoin and monero. The other doesn't have KYC for trades up to 1000 CHF, is headquartered in Switzerland, and is a mobile app. I think you can guess which services I am talking about.
