Does mainstream adoption compromise Bitcoin’s fundamental values and principles?
Bitcoin is bitcoin. No amount of acceptance will change its core however how people view bitcoin might change as it gets more mainstream. How people use bitcoin might sway into something else quite different than what was thought to be in the first place.
Can Bitcoin remain radical if it becomes the new financial standard?
The question should be whether will it be the new financial standard? Yes it is being more accepted now but will it really get to a point where fiat will no longer be used? At the end of the day, it will still be an alternative to fiat and most importantly it is not controlled by the central bank nor the government.
