Ok, a little optimism. Maybe the new management will keep the work system that we are used to at eXch.
Certainly, the work of phishing scammers should be made as difficult as possible. Today their target is eXch, tomorrow it will be some other legitimate service
Would they be shut down while exch does? No
Some unlucky soul may still fall victims as long as this sites exists.
