Being aware of this it's not going to be hard to control our emotions if we have discipline. As long as we're playing in moderation and able to stop when already needed, then you can prevent becoming an addicted gambler since you know your limit and not greedy to win. Past experiences can help to accept the situation if we happen to lose again.
Discipline is the best weapon against emotions, as long as it is accompanied by good and clear risk management with our money, On a personal level, we should always consider that the most common things sometimes turn out to be more complicated. It is clear that emotions are not extremely difficult to control, but there are other things that we should take advantage of to control everything , and that is money together with discipline.

Financial discipline teaches us where to stop and how much time we should spend on gambling. If you are used to gambling with chaotic situations, it will increase your chances of losing more and more. At some point, you may become addicted. I know of gamblers who are involved in their random games and they have started losing real wealth due to addiction. If someone understands his risk management properly, then gambling can be positive for him, for example, if he can identify risky place in gambling, he can be alert in advance and immediately make positive decisions. You said that controlling emotions is not very difficult, it may be the case for some older people, but those who are relatively young and young age cannot control their emotions even if they want to.
