We don't know what plans the new management has with infrastructure of eXch. I read the announcement that the team that operated eXch don't want to continue in such a hostile environment that's created with all the lies of their competitors who fucked-up hard, namely ByBit as last big security fail. I'm disappointed but I'm not risking my skin as they did and I fully understand that they don't want to risk further escalation for whoever is involved with them.

The strategy of exch[.]best could be even worse, despite their lame referal link redirection green-washing. Their intention could also be to make clueless people used the the .best domain name and later turn back evil and scammy again, once they may've managed to remove the red flag browser warnings.
