I want to create an exchange, are there any scripts for such, that are legit, and won't rugpull?

Also, information will be appreciated about these-
1. Bitcoin Core will be necessary for setup, instructions will be provided with the script.
2. If there's any website that might be selling script, will help.
3. Any updates I want to the website, I can manually do some work too.


What would server requirements, if it may be provided with it, will be of help.
