After reading a number of posts about VPN, I still didn't understand how Betmode would distinguish between using a VPN to circumvent provider restrictions, and using a VPN to circumvent customer service restrictions from users from the list of prohibited countries. Since the Betmode rules prohibit the use of VPN, I am unclear about this point. Should this be understood to mean that with any, even accidental, use of a VPN, KYC will need to be automatically passed in order to confirm the location in a country that is not on the banned list?
Websites also use other means to gather data about you or your device through things like cookies. So they can probably predict where you are accessing the service from. I also noticed some sites that can easily detect that you are using a VPN or Tor browser.

Then there is also KYC can be requested at any time. Personally, I don't like getting in trouble. It's best to avoid use of VPN usage if it's prohibited as per the terms of service.
