Yeah. It's a double edged sword basically. I would go so far as to say that almost all crypto gambling sites have already been affected by these regulations to varying extents currently thanks to which it's very difficult to play anonymously.

There will always be a couple of legit decentralised sites that offer a good deal of anonymity, but not 100% anonymity and their market liquidities are usually on the lower side.
When governments want to attack anonymity of their citizens, they can do it at their nation-wide scale and even global scale as combined efforts and policies. AML/ KYC is their such attempts to break down people anonymity and online gambling companies have to obey to this rising regulation trend.

They are not like companies in dark markets and they don't want to break existing laws so they will obey to AML/ KYC policies from governments. This means there will be less companies from cryptocurrency exchanges to online gambling providing no-KYC, anonymous services to their customers.
