Netcraft told me that they don't block crypto forums like monero.forex and darknetbible.info despite giving them so much proof linking them to exch.best. exch.cy might end up getting blacklisted soon while it feels like monero.forex and darknetbible.info won't even get blacklisted. Annoying!

If you're a scammer operating phishing domains like these then its payday for you and nobody really cares. Not even the so-called "abuse report handlers" with an email address.

But if North Korea used your platform for laundering money (once) and you dare push back on the public narrative that you are a criminal platform, you get seized eventually.

Governments, particularly the EU governments, do not like losing their image of authority, especially to anonymous platforms.

That also happens to be why they would rather allow exchangers to scam their own users to operate (eg. ChangeNOW), than an exchange that doesn't scam their users but has the unfortunate experience of being abused by translational criminals.
