Yeah, only 3 points separate them. But where do you think Forrest will drop points? Based on their schedule, I think Brentford and Chelsea are the places where they can lose a game (at least on paper). I guess you can also count Tottenham, considering their recent good result, but they're usually worse in the EPL this season. Doesn't mean they won't draw or get another loss in between, considering this is the time where most teams would do their best to get the best position unless you're guaranteed to be relegated already.
Chelsea has a harder schedule. They still need to face Liverpool and Newcastle. Considering Chelsea's recent form, the probably of them winning a game is low. But this is football so they have to fight for a point at least.
Chelsea is not stable currently, and playing Newcastle who is also among the race to qualify for UCL will not take the match lightly. Newcastle is in their best form and this is the opportunity for them to be in UCL next season. Liverpool is on the first position, and they're not going to drop points for Chelsea on that match day. These makes it difficult for Chelsea to beat their chest that they can make it to UCL next season.
